REGARDING THE STAY FROM HIGH COURT KINDLY NOTE THAT.
1.THE MATTER IS STAYED BY THE HIGH COURT HENCE THE PARTY WHICH IS INTERESTED TO VACATE THE STAY MAY FILE THE APPLICATION TO THE HIGH COURT AND CAN VACATE THE STAY.
ONCE THE STAY IS VACATED THE LOWERE COURT MATTER WILL PROCEED FURTHER AS PER THE ORDER OF HONOURABLE HIGH COURT IN THE SAID REVISION APPLICATION.PLEASE NOTE.
