CPC can't applicable in CrPC.

As per me Civil Procedure Code is applicable to 125 of Cr.P.c.

Code of Civil Procedure is applicable to the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. being civil in nature.

Yes Mr Aejaz is correct. Several principles of CPC is applicable in the proceedings under section125 crpc if not all in toto.
