registering property on minor daughters

Hi sir,

while registering property on minor can i put a clause that no one(including natural guardian) should be able to sell the property till the minor becomes major even with court permission.

are you executing gift deed in favour of minor? once gift deed is executed minors would be absolute owners of property .natural guardian can sell property after obtaining court permission .
you can execute conditional gift deed that during your lifetime you would continue to enjoy benefits of the property .
