A person give his building on rent to LIC, the rent amount is Rs.25000 per month,now a is died. Lic required for succession certy for rent amount,and since last 7 months rent amount is due now. from which authority we get succession certy, from dist court or from charity commissoner?

You have to seek succession certificate from civil judge junior division from civil judge senior division or District judge.

If you have all the relevant doceumnets than A Tahashildar can issue a heirship certificate which can be used for the above said purpose.

course suggested by Expert Advocate Rajkumarlaxman is less expensive but i doubt that they are asking you for a succession certificate issued by civil court by courts suggested by Expert : arvind .THAT certificate is issued by CIVIL COURT UNDER INDIAN SUCCESSION ACT.
