In democratic country like India with free and fair election with equality of vote irrespective of sex, Women's Reservation Bill ( Constitution 108 Amendment Act 2008) Legal? Please give your comments.

Yes, definitely. If not, how could the bill would be placed before the parliament.

As you know very well, the reasonable classification theory. This theory is an exception to principles of equality under Article 14 of Constitution of India. Ample power is vested with Parliament to promulgate any legislation in order to bring equality or to protect rights of any particular class.

Looking the bill from this point of view, I feel that it is perfectly legal.

In the maintenance proceeding, the courts has repeatedly held that a healthy, educated women cannot maintain herself.
Now with this reservation, those who cannot maintain herself will maintain the country. May god save this country.
