Will i be punished

Dear Experts.If my wife's side prove that i forced her to get married under special marriage act and I had met her in her home whenever there was nobody .I was fraud .Will i be punished for this.I did nothing wrong but these doubts always make me tensed so pls reply me.section 25 of special marriage act

What fraud are you talking about?
It is not fraud nor is it so easy to force one to marry with him.

First indicate what actually happened ans why are you so worried if there is nothing like that.

There is no fraud and you have not forced her to marry. So don't worry about these petty matters
