sir,
My grandfather had married 3 times each after the death of his wives. My father who was from his second wife died whwn I was 7 years old in 1978. 3-4 years back my grandfather died and my step grandmother showed us a registered will in which my grandfather had named her his legal hier.The property was my grandfather own and not ancerstrol. She got it probhated in the court.
Sir, I want to know what steps I should take and if I can get any share
