Dear sir,

What happens if the husband does not reveal that he earns and demands money on divorce?

Put him in box and expose his fraud by cross examining him. Then only the court can do something about it.

Cross examine the husband, if he denies his earnings. Latter prove that he is earning. Then file a case for perjury. He will get imprisonment for giving false evidence.
