Whether for illegasl dumping of slag in private property,company has to give monetary compensation

Sir,
In a civil case my client's property has been illegally encroached by a company after dumping slag upon it to such extent that the property is not traceable.I am to esquire whether my client can get monetary compensation as well as a service in the company.Company denying on the pretext that the the said property is not duly acquired by the Govt as pier acquisition Act.If yes what extent supported by case rulings.

It is the mutual understanding between your client and the company to finalize the terms of the sale of his land. The company cannot be equated with Government so keeping in view this aspect, maximum compensation/sale price should be charged by your client.
