What is mean by "bind over on lw1" in 498 a case

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 10 September 2022 This query is : Resolved
LW1- is my wife , the prtitiner. not been able to produce listed witnesses for 3 censecutive vaida,s and yesterday court said bind over LW1.

can you please tell me what it means ?

Thank you sir.

Quick Summary
In a 498A case, 'bind over LW1' typically means the court has ordered the petitioner (your wife, LW1) to be responsible for producing her witnesses. If she has failed to do so for multiple hearings, the court is signalling that the burden of proof lies with her to substantiate the allegations she has made. This situation suggests the case may face difficulties if she cannot present her evidence.

I opine the allegations made by your wife, the burden of proof to prove the allegations made is on your wife. You must defend them.

The facts posted are vague, confusing and not clear as to what do you intend to communicate.
