Our tenants built a cement water tank in our premise land 27 years back and we let it be
Can v remove it
Quick Summary
A landlord is asking about removing a cement water tank that their tenant built on the property 27 years ago. The advice given suggests that if the tenant is no longer occupying or using the tank, the landlord may be able to remove it. If the tenant is still residing there, they should be asked to remove it, and if they vacate, the landlord can then proceed with removal.

Is your tenant still occupying and using it. If not you can remove if no longer needed.

Are the tenants still residing in your house? If so then you request them to remove. Now if they vacate the house you can remove it.
