Wakf property

Hi,
I had One queries i am syed from hyderabad india
Q: I stayed in wakf property ( masjid )where there are 7 rooms my grand father is the incharge of masjid after the death of grand father nearly 17 years our elder uncle told his sister( in the senses my mother) to vacant the house .from 17 years death of grand father we suppose to give rent for the room but in present situation he does not want rent he says that we have to vacant the house as soon as possible .
We has 7 uncles out of which one uncle is die . 4 uncles support my mother in this matter but to uncles does not support my mother both together andplay game and told that everybody should leave the house otherwise every one is harmful .
So he take the backup of Roadies etc .
In this situation my mother is ready to vacant the house but other uncle told not to leave the house if u leave the house than everybody will be suffer . so my eldest uncle is now in fighting mode only
he will broke the wall with the help of hammer in the presence of all area people
ACCORDing to uncle this is the property which iam the incharge no body will be interfere in my matter .
the problem is he does not talk with my mother face to face he suppose to say in front of other people .
Now this property is wakf free property it does not interin wakf i think so

Please suggest me what should i do in this situation
