Vro cheated by promising me a government job

I B.Ramu s/o Srinivas completed my BBA in 2017 and my father who sells coriander in the market , my brother friend B.naresh who introduced one C.Ravi teja s/o. Late narayana occ: VRO , offered me a government Job in the revenue department as junior assistant in Karimnagar. C.Ravi teja influenced my parents with deceitful words as providing me job in the revenue department as junior assistant in Karimnagar and took money 4,60,000 from my parents in 2018 Jan 3rd. After the next year is he not responding to our calls and messages .present my father having cancer we don’t have money and we are facing financial issues and we want our money back and he wrote a agreement for 4,60,000 that he took money for interest.
I filed a FIR against C.Ravi teja but the police didn’t take any action against him ,it’s been 14 days FIR has been filed. Now the police are saying that I’m also an accuse for committing crime for fraud by cheating government . What i am supposed to do now sir

You are lucky that police is not taking any action.

You made a contract with that person for illegal procuring govt job for your brother. Given facts indicate that your brother intend not to follow procedure of requirement and enter govt job (juicy bribe fetching revenue deptt) by buying backdoor entry. Given facts indicate that you parents were also hand in glove in the sad crime.

Now that person Ravi is not front of police. Your brother and parents are in front of police and the police is showing some mercy and not arresting them.

You also said that the said person Ravi has written a pronote. In that regard police has no jurisdiction. You have to file police complaint.

By the way any compliant made to the deptt as he is also working as VRO and expected to keep absolute integrity even in private life.

Yes. Very well analysed by the above-learned senior expert Mr.Sudhir Kumar sir. You did a mistake and how did you believe him and give him money to get a Govt. Job in Govt. in back door method. is the pro-note having his signature on the revenue stamp and having any witnesses? If you give a complaint, how can you provide proof that he will take money from for providing government job?
