Sir,
I recieved judgde's orders today at 10.30 that I can celebrate my child's bday with him
only from 10 to 1.My child's bday happns to be today and we had applies for visitation right on his bday on 18th aug.The judge has signed the orders bt the date of 24th August.
What does it indicate? She (the jugde) has also put the case for maintainance for argument even though my wife is earning 45000 rs per month. What should be done??

what is the fun of getting the orders when the time given in the orders has already passed. Why the judge has signed the orders by falsly signing it by the previous date??
Nd why is she interested in having arguments on maintenance again and again and again even though my wife is earning 45000 rs per month as govt lecturer??? and we have given the judge 100 of high court and supreme court judgments.

If your allegations are true then definitely it shows mockery of law as far as the celebration of birthday timing is concerned.
When did you apply copy of the aforesaid order? How did you cam to know about the passing of order? How can you say that signature on order were made in previous date?
The answers to these questions are very vital to reply your query.
So far as pendency of application of maintenance is concerned, no court can go beyond settled law.

can I challenge these orders on the basis of
timings assigned to celebrate my son's bday?
The court has directed me too celebrate his bday alone on the roof of the house in the hot and humid weather from 10am to 1am.Isnt it inhuman. the child is only 2 years old. if
something happns to him in such a weather? would the court take responsibility? We were asked to come to court to get a copy on 24th.but it was not given to us.they handed it over to us this morning.

Yes you can challenge the order on its frivolity.
However getting the certified copy does take some time.

This is a fit case for applying to the HC under ART. 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
