Dear All,
I have filed an RTI to District Educational Officer[DEO] to get a copy of school recognition of a private[un-aided] recgonised school. The PIO O/o DEO has provided me the school recgonition certificate.
Query:
In that, the last condition[No 21.] of the school recognition certificate. It is stated as hereunder…
21. The management is hereby informed that the recognition is being given purely on temporary basis and is subject to the report of State Level Inspection and Vigilance Committee regarding fulfillment of all the prerequisites stipulated, the recognition now being given is liable to withdraw at once.
Now To file RTI regarding condition 21...
- Who would be the State Level Inspection Authourity and Vigilance Committee,
is it SVC/CVC or any others
- if it is SVC, is it under purview of SIC or CIC
Please enlighten me.
