I have filed one suit for possession, recovery of arrears of rent, mesne profits & permanent injunction. I have paid court fee seprately for the relief of possession on annual rent of the shop being Rs.2,86,000/- and on recovery of arrears of rent of Rs.2,81,000/- & Rs. 130 on permanent injunction. My question is this that which court will have jurisdiction over the matter ? Senior Civil Judge or District Judge. How the pecunary jurisdiction will be decided in this matter? Will the value of both/all the relief be clubbed together and make it Rs.5,67,130/-. Any law point on this matter urgently required. Please help as soon as possible.

If asking all relief in same suit, and your suit value is 5.6l, as it exceed 5l,
Jurisdiction is Senior Division SD in Sr Civil Court.
For Mah State.
[Only If filing two suit separately, it is JD.]

Pecuniary jurisdiction is State to State (High Court to High Court) different. In my State the Civil Judge (JD) has jurisdiction to hear the cases up to pecuniary limit of Rs. 5 lakh up to completion of his first year in his office and then Rs. 10 lakh and more than this value the case is heard by Civil Judge (SD) up to unending amount.
You have not mentioned your State so nothing can be told to you.
