sir,I am from andhrapradesh.I am trying to suit on my cousin who is denying my Title & possession for my residential land with building in that .For Title declaration of my property whose value is 32 lakhs & rental value is Rs 12000/month i.e I had given rental to cousin for Rs 1000/month &I have found one point in AP court fee & valuation act.i.e for Title declaration if 1)property value is 32 lakhs ,then court fee is apx Rs 34,000.2)If building rental is recorded in any government body ,then court fee is 10 times the rental.If it soo,then court fee is Rs300.
NOW MY QUESTION IS
1)can anybody tell what is the proof I have to show in court for rental i.e recorded in government body
2)whether court fee can paid according to rental which I did not have any proof of recorded in government body but I have House Tax paid document in municipality.
PLZ give suggestion how can I approach court fee as to paid for Title declaration

small mistake in above question.IT IS Rs 1000/month & 12000/year for rental purpose

1. As you are claiming for ownership/title over the suit property, the option of rent is not available to you.
2. As replied under point no. 1, you cannot avail this option which is open only for a tenant.

1)can I show rental agreement that was registered one month before in sub register office for valuation of my property i.e 10 times annual rental i.e Rs1,20,000 in which court fee is Rs 3600.
2)Whether this registered rental agreement comes under rental recorded in government body
