Validity of technical degrees through distance education

Sir,

After the judgment of division bench of punjab and haryana high court the degrees have been declared invalid. what will be the future of a person who is in service on the basis of said degrees.

How you can expect opinion of the experts without giving any background off the case, or without making clear about distance education by Government recognised university for AICTE approved courses or some unrecognised courses by some unrecognised mushrooming fake institution?

Degrees even obtained through distance learning system are also duly valid in the eyes of law.
