1.What is the validity of stamp papers in Punjab? Is it unversally applicable in India?

2.Is registration of GPA compulsory for a person to execute a conveyance deed on behalf of a Trust? Which tool is more powerful - RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES or the GPA for authorising a person to execute property related documents of a Trust?
