Not without written permission of the concern company otherwise it would amount to infringement and you would have to face the legal action if initiated by the said company.

Yes while giving details of award you can use the logo , no problem from any body.

Pleas take Licence to use the logo of the registered company in writing on General stamp paper on mutually agreed terms and conditions like period of use, duties and responsibilities of the licensor and licensee, products etc to safe guard your interest. On the contrary, you will be charged for infringement of right besides passing off u/s 134 and 135 of Trade Mark Act.

HI,

If you use other company logo, in your prospectus. You are face the risk and you are violating the Intellectual Property Law.
You can be sued by logo owner of the company.

Proper way is you can approach the Trade Marks and Patent law. decide your logo and approve your logo by approved by the authorities.
