respected sir my friend is doing job in delhi, he is parmant resident of Rajsthan due to wife request he closed his good runing business that in rajasthan. and went delhi and searching job for sattelled in delhi. His wife lived her parents ( mother house) in rajasthan. when my friend come rajasthan , and asked to wife plz come with me at delhi i have taken a house in delhi on rent plz come with me and start happy marriage life but he was shocked when his wife refued that and asked she have taked/ joined phd in rajasthan university .unable to live with him at delhi. my friend is single son of his parents and only for wife he closed his good reputed bussiness . for his wife . tell me what he do now .............. she is not ready to stop his phd .. phd duration is minimum 3 years .. IF my friend file under section 9 of HMA reinstitution of congugal right . then 100% her parents filed 498 a and etc . because every counter of sec 9 is 498 A. then tell me .

i think you should let her complete her education and it would be in benefit of both. Legally you cannot ask her to leave her studies. By sec 9/498 A your friend would only bitter his relation though he is also willing to live along. Try to find out some adjustment / solution instead of legal actions against each other.
