Dear friends,
My friend gave the UPSC Exam last year and he got very less marks then his expectations and he is very sure that he got less marks as he calculated marks just after the papers,
is there any way by which he can just see his papers and it can be rechecked with the help of indian judiciary, if there is any case law plz help me with that..

send AN APPLICATION UNDER INFORMATION ACT YOU WILL GET ANSWER AND PROCEED FURTHER. BUT ANY CLAIM WITH P.S.C IS TO BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS ONLY FROM DATE OF PUBLICATION .

Yes Mr. Tom, RTI applies to all Government organizations.

Thank you all.. but can anyone tell me specifically whether RTI will apply here or not.. and wht are the other remedies plz tell me its urgency

Of course, as is learnt, UPSC is contesting with the Commissioner RTI on this issue, but don't work on presumption basis. You must apply and on refusal, you can send appeal to the Appellate Authority and thereafter petition to the Commissioner RTI.
