Trust by foreigner

Dear Experts,

I think foreigner can be a founder or board member of the trust & NGO by Indian Trust Act, 1882. Is it right?

In this case, Can this foreigner take multiple VISA on this work?

Visa depends upon many administrative factors of a particular country but it is true that a foreign national can also be a trustee in India and even a member of NGO.
