Trust

Can a Trust Purchase an agricultural land ?
If so, what are the modalities???????

From which do you belong because in certain states there is bar in purchasing the agricultural land by non farmers. If there is no such bar in your state and there is provision in the trust deed for purchasing immovable property then certainly the trust can purchase.

The Trust is in Tamil nadu.

Can You plz tell me whether there is any restriction on trust to acquire agri land in Tamil Nadu??????????

It is public or private trust.

And What would be the procedure, if it were a public trust ?

In private trust there is no bar.
