(Querist) 20 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Shall we directly approach the Honourable High Court of Tamilnadu to get a stay order against the lessor and lessee from enjoying the property who had concealed the truth about the property, its other legal heirs (as if they are no more.). They are trying for caveat. Whether that Caveat be disqualified?

File a civil suit first.
Caveat can not be nullified.
