Transfer of property law

Dear Sir/Madam,

Actually my father in law purchase a house for for my wife but its registry was with my father in laws name Now he wants to transfer to my wife name therefore please suggest that lawfully what is right only registry or any type of transfer of documents

Please advise urgently

Your father in law can execute a registered Gift deed infavour of his daughter.
