Transfer of case

(Querist) 02 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Respected Seniors,

i filed a batch cases (5 in number) under 138 N.I. Act, before magistrate court whereas 3 were transfered to spl. magistrate court, one is with the same magistrate and another to another Spl. Magistrate. now i want to have all the cases in one court, so want to mave a petition to the Sessions Judge. under hat provisions i can move for getting all the said cases in one court.
Please i request your good self to advice me on the same.

make application to chief metropolitan magistrate for transfer of cases

You should move an application through your lawyer.
