Trade union leader and representative having criminal cases pending few of them are on bail of serious offence. Can they are holding post like general secretary and president what can.be done against them pls guide me they are misbehaving with workers and doing gaga behaviour. And everyone is afraid of them can we do something regarding this matter

But in this case it is reality and they are dictating the Union workers and harrassing them what remedies can we do were I can approach for the remedy as the person is on bail and threatening everyone what action can we take against him
Can sir provide me any rule or case law that the pending criminal cases accused or criminal history person cannot be the member or leader of trade union

A complaint can be forwarded to the top leaders of the trade union about this and get the remedy
