Trade Mark drafting

Dear all,

Trade mark is a new venture for me. I have to draft and vet cease & desist order, TM5, TM6, interlocutory petition etc. Is there any explanatory books for this drafting purpose, so that i can have the idea of drafting. I have the format only but i need it in explanatory form for better writing.
