We are ununionized employees(staff) in PSU, we want to make a association for our working related issues and other concern. What is the procedure to make such kind of association if possible.

You shall register the xxxxx Employees Union with not less than seven (7) members under the Trade Union Act, 1926 before the labor officer. Some Rules vary from One State to another state. hence consult in labour office of your district.

Minimum 7 employees may get together with their service records, get a Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association prepared and submitted to concerned authorities.
