To add a missed document by revision/appeal petition

Guest (Querist) 09 March 2015 This query is : Resolved

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have lost a civil land case against my uncle in district court. The district court has delivered judgment on 06.03.2015. But the court has not issued the copy/ final order till. Please advise me the following my doubts.
1. I missed to submit one land evidence (record) in district court but now judgment has delivered, is it possible to add a record in this case by revision petition in district court?
2. How long time limit to apply for appeal in high court after revision petition process finished (judgment delivered) in the district court?

Thank you Sir.

Marimuthu.

Dear Mr. Marimathu,

1. Yes, you can adduce such document in the revision proceedings. If you are aggrieved by the judgement of the Revisionary Court then you need to file petition before the H.c. within thirty days from the date of the judgement given by the Revisionary Court

Apply for the copy of the judgement and proceed to file revision.

Yes you can proceed with the proposal to prefer appeal before highcourt.
