Can all the flat owners be asked to vacate their flats in case the plot of land on which the flat is built is not title free from the builder's side? If yes, will the flat owners get their money back from the builder?

If the flat owners are in possession of the flats then nobody except the competent court of law could direct them to vacate the flats.

SO sir, you mean to say that court has the powers to get the flats vacated in case the builder loses the case against the true owner of the plot?

Thank you sir.
Now, if the buyer is currently aware about the case filed against the plot against the buyer but is not aware about the merits of the case, can he still get damages from the builder in future if the buyer loses the case? If yes, how can the buyer claim such damages, i mean which authority of law can he appraoch etc.?
