Questions of academic nature do not attract replies.
Is there any background of the case, including reason for not contesting after filing and also the date of judgment?
Also, do you want to challenge the judgment without hiring services of a lawyer, who is supposed to provide you full guidance on your case, including the time for challenge.

You have not replied my main query, "is there any background of the case, including reason for not contesting after filing and also the date of judgment?"
Is there any specific reason for not providing the requisit information?

At first know what is what about the case and only then ask any question. When you have nothing in hand about the facts of the case and don't know even the alphabet of the case, where was the logic of asking such a beseless question about limit without knowing even an iota of facts?
At first make arrangement to have copies of the petition and judgment, study yourself or contact some local lawyer, show him the papers, if you really want to challenge the case, if there is any.
