How may year a court case is gone are process.Is it some time limit minimum or maximum year for a court matter case u/420

There is no time limit for deciding case.Aggrieved person can pray to the High Court to dispose case within time limit under Article 227.

Though there are some provisions to speed up some specific types of cases under the Cr.P.C., the Court may, by recording a reason thereof in writing, try a case beyond that time schedule.
Unfortunately, there is not time schedule for cases u/s 420 I.P.C.

We all in country face delay,unfortunately no law prescribes any time frame for disposal of any case criminal/or civil.
