Termination of contract service without notice

Dear Sir ,
I was contract employee of consultant name Genius Consultant Ltd for the work of Bosch Ltd (Automotive Aftermarket ) in india posted at Ranchi in Jharkhand . Both have nationwide establishments. Terminated was about two months back. I sent a objection letter challenging their termination being Wrongful. Now i want to file a case in court
Please suggest me in which court and under which section i should file case if possible with related section also

Any suggestion depends upon the terms of your appointment and the grounds for termination and also, whether you had been a 'workman' or otherwise.

You were a contractual employee which has now been revoked, nothing wrong in the order.
However, show the letter of appointment to a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters.

You are required to first read the terms and conditions of the appointment and then come to the conclusion, whether there is any violation of any condition on the part of the employer, before thinking for approaching a court of law against that. You will have to hire services of a lawyer, who would be knowing, which court should be approached.
