Tenant eviction

(Querist) 22 June 2012 This query is : Resolved 
court has passed eviction order and given 2 months time to vacate to tenants. out of two one tenant has left while other tenant has refused to obeycourt orders. can i move application for execution of eviction orders before expiry of 2 months time or iwill have to wait for 2months to file application for execution

You will have to wait for 2 months. After that you can proceed for further actions

Send them to legal notice and if they refused in its reply then move to court for execution of eviction order.

Court has allowed them 2 months time. You can not do any thing before expiry of the said period.
