Have you received any notice from the authorities concerned about the pending taxes to be paid despite paying them regularly to them without any default.
Then you may issue a reply notice through your lawyer giving the details of all payment and the transactions particulars, after which you may plan to prefer an appeal ageist this before the taxation appellate tribunal.
