Tax levies on flats under construction

I have booked a flat in Trivandrum city, Kerala State during the month of November 2013.

I would be deeply obliged to know the present tax rates (for example service tax and vat) that is applicable in Kerala.

Also are there any relief on these taxes?

contact a local lawyer for tax rates in kerala . builder will also inform you of prevailing tax rates . you can cross check with your CA

You can clarify the same through a google search where you will find the desired information as per the provisions of the Kerala State government rules in this regard.
