Good Day sir,

Can you help me out??
I am married to a widow having 2 children(girls). we have obtained the DOB certificates of children in which the surname of genetic father is mentioned. From now for all other purposes in educational certificates ,will .e.tc. Can i mention for ex: Chenuupati sirisha.
D/o satish Lingamneni OR
( c. sirisha D/o Satish L).

Will these be accepted? Pl advise

You can mention in either side but the main question is that without formal adoption, you cannot add your own name with the daughters brought by your wife out of her first marriage.
