Surname change in electricity bill of a co-op hsg soc

One of my friend's surname has been changed due to some reason. She has made the changes and has the gazette of the new surname. She wants to change her surname in the electricity bill as well. What would be the process? She owns a flat in a Co-operative Housing Society in Mumbai.

She has to submit an application for change of her name in the electricity bill with a copy of Gazette notification in which her name was changed.

She has to submit an application to change her name in all the records by attaching the copies of the proof of her changed/new name
