What is the Importance and scope of Summary Trials? I also need a Case Law Relating to Summary Trials. Need help!

Summary trials are no inferior than routine trials. No separate importance is attached with summary trials. Both are legally enable and tried keeping in view the doctrine of natural justice. In Military and paramilitary forces to some extent summary trials are initiated and all the rules are expected to be followed as provided to deal in with such matters.
