I want to know about in case of following points:
In 1997-98, my father done marriage of my Uncle and all the Expenses paid by my Father
But the problem is this:
The shopkeeper who gave us consumable goods of cost Rs 10150.55/
And my father paid him Rs.3000/- then he wrote Rs. 2900/ instead of 3000/-(because my father is uneducated, he unable to read and write),
and balance amount is(10510.55-2900) 7601.55/(as per Rs.2900/-)
After some time he paid different installments like RS.1000+1200+1200+1700.
Now Balance Amount is Rs.2501.55/
He get in his custody our 2 piece of Deg Of cost of Rs.5000/-
Two case: We have all evidence as plan paper receipts of payment written by his own hand.

As per above, currently we are creditor of him of Rs.2489.55 and He demanded Balance Amount of 3116 as detail given by him is Balance 9816 and minus (Deg Rs. 5000+ CAsh Rs.1700).
We want recover by paying rs.2510.55/, but he refuse ( we are agree with the normal Rate of interset on Rs.2510.55/ or Pick the Good Amount 2510.55/old price and calculate at new price, we agree this method also.
From the above, Shopkeep take some items in his custody like Gold of 10gm and Deg(looks like a matka & looks like gold,current cost is near about Rs.20000/)
we recover gold by the payment of 1700/ (above written) and Deg (2 piece Matka) is in his hand currentlty. We want to recover, On demand he refuse by said When he take then he get sign of my father and my uncle,If My father and uncle is unable to pay his money within one year, Right of Deg(matka) is goes to his (shopkeeper) hand, But It is noted that my father and uncle is totaly Uneducated, which means is unable to Sign in any condition, when the sign taken the more person take side of shopkeeper. And he is demanded balance Amount Rs.3116/.
Inshort, We are the Debtors of Rs.2510.55/, If Give our Propery Deg,
We are creditor of Rs. 2489.45/, If he will not give our propery Deg.
I Hope every Expert this situation very well and I waiting for better solution.

The amount is too small for any legal action, the cost would be higher than this.
Just settle the amount by negotiations.

Respected Shonee Kapoor, It means their we cant go to consumer/civil court for recovery of our items which is so costly and taken by him forcibly and at the time of when our financial position is not so good, The payment are continuously paying him on that time to time at the cost of Rs.2510.55, he take our property and loudly calling our family to give money, actually we are receivable of Rs. 2489.55/.

If you go for litigation, you will end up paying more than the said amount.
Why to spend Rs.20,000/- to recover Rs.2,000/-. Try to settle it amicably.
Any way choice is yours. Consumer complaint is not maintainable in this case.

Respected Deepak Nair And Ajay Sethi, I know very well my English is weak, please Read, we need to pay Rs. 2510.55 balance amount and Get back our Item of Cost of Rs. 20000/- from the shopkeeper which taken by shopkeeper in forcibly .
Please Now, what is your recommendation.
I am only want to get back that item by paying their balance amount and If they use any method of calculating the old balance amount into new balance amount, as we use in Land selling and purchasing is Land Acquisition Mehtod,
Please Give Right Method.

Dear Puran Chand,
If he is your uncle , make him understand amicably and resolved this issue. If he is deceiving you by grabbing your valuable utensils for sake of recovery of debt, then lodge a complaint in Police Station that he is lending money by taking our utensils as your father is illiterate.

Good Morning to all Protector Of Indian Law,
I am sorry to say that no body understand my case as some say that is my uncle some one says different as i mean.
I mean a marriage done in 1997-98, and we buy some consumable Goods from a shopkeeper and we were unable to pay some money to the shopkeeper (Detail above), but paying in installment, by force of shopkeeper, he take our some Brass utensils,
1.Todya we are ready to give their balance amount and and want to Get back our Utensils, but he refuse to give,
2. 2 week ago my Father ASked to shopkeeper what is your Balance amount, He wrote 9816, but we have a dairy in that dairy the balance amount is 7610.55 written by own his hand and After this Balance the following installment are paid as 1000+1200+1200+1700, at last The in calculation of Evidence the total Current Balance is Rs.2510.55. If he liable to get their balance amount, the we are liable to get back our items.
Now i hope you understand and I hope get a good and better suggestion.
