.first u have to explain it that what base the court quash the order, More over what base the court given interim stay. Without proper details no one can explain proper

it appears that accused no 2 made an application in high court for quashing 498A proceedings and stay was granted for 6 months .
is this the correct interpretation of your slang language?

if only accused no 2 has been granted stay it wont operate as stay for other accused .
