i got the stay order from Civil court but respondents are carried out their work , i have copy of stay order , can i file a criminal complaint against respondents under I.P.C. if yes then in which section it will be covered.

File petition under the Contempt of Court Act in the high court.Take help of an advocate.

Is it a stay order or injunction order ? If it is injunction order or any other order you have to file a petition seeking action for disobedience of the same before the civil court under Order 39 Rule 2A of CPC.

I concur with Mr. S. Subramanian. Please file M.A. application under Order 39 Rule 2 A of C.P.C. alongwith certified copy of the order and proof of violation of order in the nature of complaint to police/ by name of witnesses with prayer to be heard with the main suit in the same court from where order of injunction / status quo has been issued.
