Starting of a spoken english institute individually

i want to start a spoken english institute with a particular name and also have plans of providing franchisee business of the same in the future,. Kindly advice me what has to be done at present whether it needs any registration of the name of the insitute and how much money i will need to spend for the same.

Take a Trade License for this. You can go for registration of Trade Mark to keep its goodwill intact.

what is the procedure for acquiring a trade license of starting a spoken english institute and to which office of the government should i coordinate with. kindly help me in this regard

Trade licence is to be applied for at the local municipal office in the prescribed form and with requisite fees.

Besides this , you can apply for licence under Shops & commercial establishment Act with the local Labour office to run a commercial activity .
Moreover you can search for Professional Institutes of national repute who offer franchise arrangements, hold examinations and issue certificates to make your venture more credible.

As you are planning to start branches of your academy, I'll suggest you to get Incorporated either Partnership, Company or LLP. Getting incorporated will add legal value in your Institute and also make easy way to start multiple Branches. As suggested by the Expert Devajyoti you can also get Trademark of your Institute to give distinct identity your institute through out the India. it will cost you comparatively more than the way suggested by Expert H.M. Patnaik.

Better you go for LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) where you can controll all the thing as per your wish. As Comapny yopu can have tie-up with other Institute for better advancement and profit. Incorporation will give you many benefits such as Legal Support, reputed status, national as well as Global market, TAX benefits, protection from harassment or threat from the existing Institutes Firms and so on...
