Stanp Duty for registering Lease Deed in chennai

pls let me know the stamp duty for registering Lease Deed of 9 years at Chennai? Are there any other charges.

stamp duty shall be paid based on rentals agreed in the lease deed.

thanks for u reply but i want to know the rate of stamp duty and Stamp Value?

i have checked somewhere that it is Average Annual Rental of entire lease period of 9 years+Service Tax+Security Deposit constitutes Value for Stamp Duty of 1%.

Is my info correct?
