What is the minimum denomination of non judicial stamp paper to be required to make a legal document effective

1.Rs.20 FOR THE DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE REGISTRED.
2.YOU CANEXECUTE A DOCUMENT EVEN ON A PLAIN PAPER. THE REASON FOR THE SAME MAY BE JUSTIFIED. THE COURT CAN ACCEPT IT.
3.YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY TEN TIMES OF THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT, IF YOU WISH TO ENFORCE IT IN ANY COURT.
4. I THINK S.35 OF STAMP ACT PROVIDES FOR IT
