stamp duty on gift deed

Hi,

My uncle who is unmarried wishes to gift his property to his brothers children ( 5 children).


Stamp duty concession (Rs1000)is avaible has been given in the act, which includes son, dauther, wife, brother, sister and parents. I would like to know if the same can be applicable for the above gift?
