Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 January 2010 This query is : Resolved 
have one Query for issue of bonds.

Our co is issuing a Bond to single allottee. Total value of Bond is Rs. 24 crs. The Bond is Optionally Convertible Redeemable Bond. Bond is issued in Mumbai.
Please tell my the rate of Stamp duty applicable on the the Bond Certificate?
