sir ,

entire government price of site is 10 lakh at Bangalore urban near electronic city , status of the site is industrial conversion , how much stamp duty and registration fess i will have to pay ,k what may be the entire charges for registration .

It would be practical and advisable for you to visit the sub registrar office of your area to know the exact stamp duty and registration fees payable by you.

As it differ from Survey No, locality, area, etc. It is not uniform

Yes. Teh stamp duty differs according the the locality, rate, and many other factors. Therefore, it is advisable to visit the revenue office for valuation of land and stamp duty.

The charges for registration is nominal. (Rs.1,000/- one time registration fee in many cases)
